TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
1. Rates All rates are per day and include your entire
party. Reservations are not confirmed until a rental agreement has been signed
and the $300 deposit has been received.
2. Rental Period and
Occupancy Check in time is 4pm or later on the arrival date. Check out
time is 10am or earlier on departure date. Early arrival or late departure
times may be coordinated but subject to availability and an additional charge
of $50 will apply. The property has a maximum capacity of 8 guests. Under
Florida law it is necessary that all occupants are listed on the lease
agreement (including ages, of which there must be one person 18 years or older
for each minor) and only those persons listed will have use of the home and the
facilities at the resort. Also, on occasion, it may be necessary for a
representative of our management company to enter the premises in order to
perform maintenance or repairs.
3. Rental Payment and
Cancellations Full payment for rental must be made no later than 30
days prior to arrival date. Reservations for a date within 30 days must be paid
in full at the time the reservation is made. If payment is not received, your
reservation will be cancelled and cancellation charges may apply. All
cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following
penalties: · 60 days or more to arrival date = No charges apply =
Full Refund · 30 to 60 days prior to arrival date = Cancellation
Charge of 33% of Deposit · 21-29 days before the arrival date = 50%
of rental amount · 20 days or less before arrival date = 100% of
rental amount
4. Security Deposit Security Deposits of
$300 may be made via a credit card or e-bank checks via Paypal or a Personal
Check or Money Order can be mailed for all reservations and Security Deposits.
The Deposits will be used to cover extra accommodation costs, loss or damage to
the rental property in excess of normal wear and tear during the rental period.
The property will be inspected both before and after your occupancy. Guests
will be notified of charges being made to the Deposit and refunds will be
mailed within 30 days. The rental property should be left clean and undamaged.
If property is not left in suitable condition, it may be necessary to charge
the costs of extra cleaning. Any long distance telephone calls not made on a
calling card will be charged to the security deposit.
5. Payment
Methods Credit cards and e-bank checks via PayPal or personal checks
and/or Money Orders.
6. Liability Limitations The owners
or their agents accept no responsibility or liability for death, personal
injury, accidents, or the loss or damage of personal property. The use of all
accommodations and the amenities of the Windsor Hills Resort is entirely at the
guests' own risk.
7. Code of Conduct Guests are required
to abide by the rules and regulations of Windsor Hills when staying in the
community. There is no diving in the splash pool. No glass is allowed on the
pool deck and children must be supervised at all times when using the swimming
pool. The safety gate is not a substitute for adult supervision. For the
comfort of future guests, WE DO NOT allow smoking or pets of any kind on
the premises.
8. Storms If a NAMED STORM threatens the
area and an evacuation order is given, money paid will be refunded for all
unused nights. If a named storm does approach and an evacuation order has NOT
been given but guests elect to stay, owner reserves the right to make storm
preparations (i.e. board windows/doors, etc.) as necessary. |
